- Prosecuted alleged juvenile offenders from October 2003 to January 2005.
- Prosecuted Jury Trial Prayers in the Circuit Court from January 2005 to January 2006.
- Prosecuted serious felony cases in the Circuit Court from January 2006 to June 2007.
Criminal defense attorney - 2007 - present.

I am currently working on a book about Maryland witches and witch trials.

I am a speaker for Law Enforcement Against Prohibition.
I have previously spoken to the Anne Arundel County Maryland Campaign for Liberty and the Students for Sensible Drug Policy at Northern Virgina Community College.
I am available to speak about drug policy or any of my books.
Other interests:
I completed the Seagull Century 100 mile bike ride twice (2008 and 2011).
I completed the Steamtown Marathon (2009), the B & A Trail Marathon (2010), and the Rosaryville 50k (2010).
I completed the 2007 Annapolis Triathlon, 2008 Make-A-Wish Triathlon at Sea Colony, 2010 North East Triathlon, 2011 Annapolis Triathlon, and the 2011 Assateague Assault Triathlon
I am a member of the Annapolis Strides and the Annapolis Triathlon Club.
I am also a graduate of the Ram's Head's World Beer Club.
